Job Description:

As the Senior Manager of Member Solutions at Salal Credit Union, you will lead a dedicated team in effectively managing the collection of delinquent member accounts. Your strategic guidance will be crucial in overseeing charge-off activities and providing insights on maintaining appropriate delinquency levels within budgetary constraints. You will play a pivotal role in supervising the team, ensuring the efficient collection of all accounts, repossession of secured property and real estate, as well as the maintenance and sale of such assets. Your tenacity and expertise will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to providing comprehensive financial solutions while advocating for our members’ best interests.

This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid working schedule, providing you with a healthy work-life balance. Most work can be performed remotely with monthly and quarterly meetings happening in-person at our Seattle headquarters office.

Effective communication, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality member solutions are essential for success in this key role.

Experience required for the position:

  • 2+ years of experience in collection management within a financial organization or collection agency
  • 5+ years of comprehensive collection experience.
  • 3+ years of previous management experience.
  • Familiarity with FNMA collection guidelines and commercial loan collection experience is preferred.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive base salary of $100,833 – $141,166 annually. This range reflects the entire salary range for this position. Most candidates can expect an offer between $115,000-$125,000 annually depending on experience.
