It’s time to raise your voice on behalf of your members and ensure state lawmakers value and understand the significant impact your credit union has on the communities you serve. This high energy event lets you gather with your credit union peers for important updates, receive advocacy training, gain insights from state leaders, and spend time with local legislators. It’s the perfect opportunity to engage, whether you’re a seasoned CEO or a brand-new frontline member service representative. You have an important and impactful story to share.

Attendees are also highly encouraged to attend a virtual prep and Day at the Capitol walk-thru meeting in the days before the event.

This session will hone the collective unique message and help you prepare for engaging conversations. Once you register for the in-person event, you’ll receive a calendar invite to the training session for that state.

Advocacy is job number one, and your engagement is critical to its success! Please register and join us for YOUR 2026 Credit Union Day at the Capitol!

If you have questions, please contact Jordan Beyer.

"The proud moment I had was sharing (with my legislator) that for the students (we worked with), the improvement of financial literacy is 35-40% over a 12-week period."

"It was an incredible opportunity and experience to share our story and spend quality time with our lawmakers, who were in turn very engaged and complementary towards the selfless work credit unions do crafting solutions for their members and communities."

"This DAC is really a great opportunity for all of us to come together as credit unions to bring this data and show the impact we’re making in Arizona. Their eyes get bigger when we show how many members are in their district and in the state, what our financial impact is – it helps them to see that collectively as credit unions, we are making that significant of an impact.”
