Ent CEO Chad Graves Named One of Colorado’s Most Influential Leaders by Denver Business Journal

Chad Graves, President and CEO of Ent Credit Union, has been named to the Denver Business Journal’s Power Book class of 2025 — an elite group of leaders recognized for driving meaningful change and shaping the future of Colorado’s economy.

“At Ent, our mission has always been to improve financial well-being for our members and communities,” said Graves. “To be named among the Power Book Class of 2025 alongside so many transformative leaders is an honor — and a reflection of our collective efforts.

“As we move forward with the merger with Wings Credit Union, I look forward to bringing even more value to our nearly one million members, while continuing to build on Ent’s legacy of service, innovation, and community impact.”

Graves has spearheaded Ent’s remarkable growth, guiding the credit union to become Colorado’s largest by assets and membership. In April, Ent and Minnesota‑based Wings Credit Union unveiled plans for a merger of equals, together serving nearly one million members across six states. Once finalized, the combined organization will operate under a Colorado state charter and continue as “Wings Credit Union,” with Graves retaining his role as CEO.
