On Tap Credit Union Announces Retirement of Esteemed Vice President

On Tap Credit Union announced in June the retirement of Laurie Jensen, its esteemed VP of Member Experience and Retail Delivery, who is retiring after four years at On Tap Credit Union and nearly 40 years of dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to the credit union industry. 

“Laurie has been more than just an employee; she has been a beacon of excellence and an integral part of our community,” shared Tracie Wilcox, CEO of On Tap Credit Union. “Since joining On Tap Credit Union in 2020, she has made countless contributions, and her commitment to providing outstanding service has not only benefited our credit union but has also significantly impacted our local community.”  

Laurie’s leadership, vision, and tireless work ethic helped shape On Tap Credit Union into the trusted, community credit union it is today. Known for her warm demeanor and professional expertise, she has been a mentor to many and a friend to all. 

“We extend our deepest gratitude to Laurie for her exceptional service and dedication,” Wilcox added. “She will be greatly missed, but her impact will continue to inspire us all.”
