Electronic Titling Bill Advances in Wyoming

Senate File 25 – Electronic lien and titling – was heard in the House Transportation, Highways and Military Affairs committee at noon today. The bill passed unanimously out of committee on a 9-0 vote.

Although the bill was worked in the interim and was sponsored by the Joint Transportation Committee, the committee saw significant turnover with only two of the nine members carrying over onto the new committee.

The bill will now go to House Committee of the Whole.

House Bill 41 – Environmental Quality – Irrevocable letters of credit is scheduled in Senate Minerals at noon tomorrow.

Senate File 143 – Public monies – deposits in credit unions–was introduced and referred to House Minerals this morning. It is expected to be heard in committee this week.
