Copper State Credit Union’s Young Professionals Program Empowers Tomorrow’s Leaders

Copper State Credit Union has announced the launch of its new initiative, the Young Professionals Committee. The program is designed to empower and uplift young professionals by promoting professional growth, leadership development, networking, and volunteer opportunities through a supportive community.

“We believe in fostering a strong sense of culture and pride as we build a network of driven and ambitious young professionals who are dedicated to achieving excellence, breaking barriers, and creating opportunities for all generations,” said Tiffany Tafoya, Lead Development Specialist at Copper State Credit Union, who worked with Vicky Miramontes, Copper State Credit Union’s Organizational Development Specialist, to launch the program.

The Young Professional Program will support the Credit Union Movement and get young professionals involved and informed about other opportunities to build the next generation of future leaders through financial education initiatives, community volunteering, peer-to-peer advocacy, collaborative network events, and mentorship.

“We are committed to investing in the development of young professionals, as we recognize that doing so not only enhances our workforce but also empowers individuals to reach their full potential and make a positive impact on our communities in Arizona,” said Vicky Miramontes. “Together, we embark on this journey of growth, learning, and empowerment.”
