Map Out Your MAXX Experience: Dates, Details, and Things to Do Now

MAXX is just one month away, which means now is the time to start planning how you’ll make the most of your time in Denver. With full days of education, networking, the GoWest Solutions Marketplace, and plenty of opportunities for fun, a little advance planning can go a long way.

Keep these important dates in mind:

Sept. 7: Last day to book your room at the MAXX event rate
Sept. 8: Late MAXX registration pricing begins
Oct. 6–9: MAXX 2026 at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center

Plan Your Time

With so much happening at MAXX, start by checking out the MAXX agenda and identifying the sessions, speakers, and activities you don’t want to miss.

Think about what you want to get out of your MAXX experience. Maybe you’re looking for fresh ideas to bring back to your credit union, hoping to expand your professional network, or interested in exploring the latest products and services. Build your schedule around those goals — while leaving a little room for the unexpected.

Make a Plan for the Marketplace

With 185+ exhibitors and sponsors in the GoWest Solutions Marketplace, there will be a lot to explore. Take a look at the Marketplace exhibitor directory before you arrive and make a list of the vendors you want to visit.

And don’t forget about some of the Marketplace highlights this year:

Marketplace Game: Test your luck and explore the Marketplace with the fan-favorite game in the GoWest event app.
Tuesday Welcome Reception: Keep an eye out for the roaming “Wine Glass Diva” serving up a little extra fun.
Wednesday: Stop by for a complimentary, custom screen-printed T-shirt — choose from four fun designs.
Wednesday Lunch: Give your feet a break and relax in one of the massage chairs.
Thursday Lunch: Get ready for some serious cuteness when puppies from Lifeline Puppy Rescue take over the Marketplace.

Don’t Forget Your Moonlight & Miracles Attire

As you’re planning your MAXX schedule, be sure to plan your Moonlight & Miracles outfit, too. The annual CU4Kids benefit auction is one of the most anticipated events of the conference, combining an unforgettable evening of generosity with plenty of themed fun. Need inspiration? Make the Most of Your Stay

MAXX isn’t just about what happens inside the meeting rooms. The Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center offers plenty of ways to enjoy your time between sessions — or extend the fun after the MAXX wraps up.

Explore the resort’s nine restaurants, bars, and cafés, unwind at the Relâche Spa, stay active in the fitness center or Topgolf Swing Suite, or make a splash at the indoor/outdoor Arapahoe Springs Water Park. And after a full day of MAXX activities, there’s something to be said for simply heading upstairs to enjoy your luxurious room.

If you haven’t booked your room yet, Sept. 7 is the last day to secure the MAXX event rate.

Save Room for the Final Stop

Don’t make plans to leave early on Friday. The MAXX Block Party will bring this year’s Road Trip through credit union history to a fun-filled finale.

The lunchtime celebration will feature nostalgic games, yard games, a caricature artist, a balloon artist, and a giant map of the United States where attendees can pin their hometown. It’s one more opportunity to relax, have some fun, and connect with fellow credit union professionals before heading home.
