First Tech Federal Credit Union is the recipient of Altair Global’s 2025 All-Star Award for Global Mobility Support Services, recognition that highlights the important role the credit union’s Relocation Banking Services Program plays in the global mobility ecosystem, creating seamless transitions for tech employees and companies across the globe.
First Tech’s Relocation Banking Services Program helps with employees’ financial transition to the U.S. before arrival, during the transition, and after their arrival — making the adjustment to a new country easier and minimizing “life” distractions so employees can focus on their new job.
“Our All-Star Award for Global Mobility Support Services honors a partnership that has grown and distinguished itself through collaboration, dedication, and exceptional service to our shared clients,” said Kathryn Cassidy, President and Chief Operating Officer of Altair Global. “We are proud to recognize First Tech Federal Credit Union for their outstanding partnership and commitment to excellence. Their expertise and reliability make them a valued member of our supplier network, and we look forward to continued innovation and success together in global mobility.”
The All-Star Award is presented to the Altair partner who reliably achieves excellent results in the delivery of Mobility Support Services by way of subject matter expertise, active participation in the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC) and industry-appropriate associations, stakeholder collaboration, knowledge sharing, effective communication, supply chain management, cost stewardship, and strong customer focus.
