WATCH: Advocating for Credit Union in D.C.

Ryan Fitzgerald, SVP, Advocacy, has been on the ground in Washington, D.C. this week, with advocating for GoWest credit unions. Advocacy is a 24/7 job and the education never stops. Priorities this week include:

  • Advocating for the crypto market structure bill and related ongoing discussions.
  • Watching the happenings regarding the potential Government shutdown – funding discussion
  • Securing another signor for board modernization as we work to update the Federal Credit Union Act.
