Ent Credit Union promotes Leanne Duran to Chief Risk Officer

Colo.-based Ent Credit Union announced on April 3 the promotion of Leanne Duran to Chief Risk Officer. In this role, Duran will lead Ent’s risk management strategies, ensuring the credit union continues to safeguard its membership as it prepares to surpass $10 billion in assets. She will collaborate closely with internal teams, regulators, and examiners to navigate necessary adaptations that uphold Ent’s safety and soundness.

“Leanne’s expertise and leadership have been invaluable to Ent’s continued growth and stability,” said Mollie Bell, Ent’s Chief Development Officer. “Her deep understanding of risk and regulatory requirements, combined with her strategic mindset, makes her the perfect fit for this critical role. We are thrilled to have her guide us through this next chapter of our evolution.”

Duran joined Ent in May 2021 as Vice President of Internal Audit, where she provided strategic leadership and audit oversight of key functions across the credit union. With nearly two decades of experience in governance, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance, she has been instrumental in strengthening Ent’s operational resilience.
