Day One – Essentials – Nov. 13
Day Two – Advanced – Nov. 14

The GoWest IRA School is a two-day virtual training where you’ll have the opportunity to learn foundational and advanced IRA knowledge. You’ll learn the latest IRS guidance on IRAs and compliance rules that will help your IRA program run efficiently with reduced errors. Choose from both days or just one day, whichever fits your training needs.

Day One – Attendees will leave this session able to work with IRA owners and process basic IRA transactions with confidence. This is a beginner’s session; no previous IRA knowledge is assumed.

Day Two – This advanced session builds on basic IRA knowledge and addresses more complex issues. The instructor uses real-world exercises to help participants apply information to job-related situations.

CDFI Roundtable – Nov. 18

Connect with other CDFIs on Nov. 18 at the quarterly CDFI Roundtable. Learn what other credit unions are doing in their communities, stay updated on relevant changes, and discover how GoWest can support you on your CDFI journey.

This quarter, representatives from credit unions that recently received CDFI Financial Assistance awards and NCUA CDRLF Grants will be sharing their experiences with the process and their plans for the funds.
