DE Day of Service

Today, Credit Union Development Educators from across the NW region and nation recognized the DE Day of Service. While this year is different than in year’s past, DEs in the northwest made their voices known by sending a unified message to congressional leaders in support of financial inclusion for all and voicing opposition to systemic racism and injustice.

With clearly defined asks to improve access to credit for minority and women owned businesses, expand financial education, and fund Community Development Financial Institutions–DEs showed the strength of the credit union voice.

Today we recognize DEs for their service and commitment to the Credit Union Movement and the work they do to advocate for credit unions and the communities they serve.
