About the VP of Operations Role: We are looking for someone to join our strategic Senior Leadership team as the Vice President of Operations. This role reports directly to the CEO and has a powerful voice in setting our member service strategy now and for years to come. The position oversees our primary service channels with our Contact Center, Branch, and Operations Support leaders reporting under their umbrella of responsibility. This position requires strong, influential leadership abilities to help guide half of our organization’s workforce and support building our internal leaders.
Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a leader who is passionate about member service and fluent in the personal banking industry to help us continue to lead our teams into the future and drive a strategy that builds our member’s trust at each touchpoint.

- Are comfortable getting into the details of systems and service issues when needed.
