Cancellation Deadline
100% of the booth fee forfeited after the cancellation deadline. There is a $500 administrative cancellation fee on or before Aug 1.

Credit Union Attendee List Available to Exhibitors

Finalization of Exhibitor Badge Names Due

Oct. 13^th: 9am—3pm

Exhibitor Move-In Begins
Exhibitors can begin moving into the Aurora Exhibit Hall at 9:00 am. and have until 3:00 p.m. to complete. Address: Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center | 6700 N. Gaylord Rockies Blvd. | Aurora, CO 80019

Oct. 15^th: 3:30pm—7pm

Exhibitor Move Out
Exhibitors can begin moving out of the Exhibit Hall approximately 4 p.m. and have until 7 p.m. to complete move out. Early takedown will incur a $1,000 fine; see exhibitor terms and conditions for more information.
