The Future of the Movement Starts Here: YP Summit and YP Webinar
Posted by Alyse Knudsen on March 11, 2026
Young credit union professionals across the region will gather in Spokane this June for the upcoming YP Summit, a two-day experience designed to inspire the next generation of credit union leaders. Taking place June 2–3 at The Centennial Hotel Spokane, the event brings together emerging professionals for leadership development, networking, and meaningful conversations about the future of the Credit Union Movement.
YPs will take part in leadership skill-building, personal branding sessions, and discussions focused on advocacy and the evolving role of credit unions. The agenda also includes speed networking with industry leaders, expert-led breakout sessions on timely topics, and a mission-driven community service project that allows attendees to give back while connecting with peers.
The summit will feature keynote insights from Kevin Parker, who will speak about leading with purpose, influence, and integrity. An entrepreneur with Dutch Bros Coffee, a professor at Whitworth University, and a former four-term state legislator, Parker brings a unique perspective on servant leadership and community impact.
Equal parts learning, networking, and positive energy, YP Summit offers a valuable opportunity for credit union professionals to grow their leadership skills and strengthen connections across the movement.
