Tips & Tricks to Make the Most of MAXX 2025

We want you to have the best experience possible at MAXX 2025 from start to finish. To help you plan ahead and avoid last-minute surprises, here are a few important reminders and insider tips to keep in mind before you arrive.

Keep Your Badge Handy

Your badge is your all-access pass at MAXX! It will be checked at session entrances and whenever entering the Oregon Convention Center. Please keep it with you at all times throughout the week to ensure smooth access.

 

Parking

Driving in? Here’s a look at parking rates and info:

Hotels

  • $45 for Overnight Hotel Valet
  • $35 for Overnight Hotel Self-Parking

Oregon Convention Center

  • $15 for up to 18 hours – Standard Daily Parking Entry Rate
  • No in and out privileges
  • Daily parking may fill quickly, so allow extra time to park and get settled

Pints With Purpose

If you haven’t already, don’t forget to register for Pints With Purpose! This popular CU4Kids event is a fun way to connect with peers while giving back to a great cause. The event is expected to sell out, so secure your tickets early.

 

Quick Change Time on Thursday

On Thursday, Oct. 16, if you are attending the PAC the House event, you’ll want to plan ahead if you are going to change clothes before the GoWest Foundation Reception and Awards Gala begins, as there is only 30 minutes between events. Build in a little time to freshen up, swap attire, and arrive ready to celebrate in style.
