Westerra Credit Union Names Sarah Llewellyn VP of Consumer Lending and Contact Center Sales

In an effort to enhance member services, Colo.-based Westerra Credit Union welcomed Sarah Llewellyn as the new Vice President of Consumer Lending and Contact Center Sales. Llewellyn will balance sales and operations, strengthening the consumer lending department and ensuring that Westerra members receive tailored solutions and informed guidance.

“Sarah has a proven track record of delivering high-level results that improve client experience and provide strategic solutions,” said Brooke Fleming, Chief Revenue Officer, Westerra. “We are confident that she will grow consumer product sales and deposits, while continuing to make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.”

Bringing over 20 years of financial experience, with expertise in consumer and commercial lending and credit strategy, Llewellyn most recently served as the Director of Credit Strategy at Universal Account Servicing in Kansas City, Mo. A trusted lending operations professional, Llewellyn also spent over a decade at Elevations Credit Union in Boulder, Colo., serving as a vice president across three lending departments.

Llewellyn currently resides in Boulder and holds a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Colorado.
