Numerica Credit Union Hires Derek Iranon as VP of Digital Lending and Acquisition

Numerica Credit Union, headquartered in Washington’s Spokane Valley, has hired Derek Iranon as Vice President of Digital Lending and Acquisition. In this role, Iranon oversees Numerica’s digital experience center, leading efforts to streamline the lending process and support new member growth.

With more than a decade of experience in the financial industry, Iranon brings a strong background in lending, digital strategy, and people development. He holds a degree in business management from Western Governors University and most recently served as BECU’s Manager of Lending Solutions.

“Derek is a purpose-driven leader who brings both strategic thinking and a passion for people,” said Nathan Hickman, Numerica’s Senior Vice President of Digital Experience and Engagement. “His dedication to team development and member impact makes him an excellent fit for this role and for Numerica’s culture.”

Outside of work, Iranon is deeply rooted in the community. He regularly volunteers at events supporting local families, including Tom’s Turkey Drive and Second Harvest.
