Elevations Credit Union Appoints New Chief Experience Officer and SVP of People

Colo.-based Elevations Credit Union announced Tammy Teitscheid has been appointed to Chief Experience Officer, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to delivering exceptional member and employee experience. Previously serving as the credit union’s Chief People Officer, she now oversees the branch network, contact center, digital banking, wealth management team, workforce, and culture.

Teitscheid’s mission is to foster a culture that employees are proud to represent while ensuring unrivaled experience for every member, every time. Prior to joining Elevations in 2018, Teitscheid developed expertise in consumer and business products, operations, and strategy. She then focused her career on employer branding, talent management, and employee experience.

Teitscheid has leadership experience spanning financial services, healthcare, utilities, and telecommunications. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s College of Human Ecology and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR©) and a CUES Certified Chief Executive. Additionally, she serves on the boards of the Local Change Foundation and Blind IT and as an executive member of CSU’s HR Edge Network.

Kathleen Hoxworth

Alongside this leadership change, Kathleen Hoxworth has been promoted to Senior Vice President, People, overseeing human resources for the credit union. Hoxworth’s focus on leadership and talent development, workforce analytics, and total rewards helps align Elevations’ workforce with its long-term strategic vision.

Previously VP of Internal Communications and Talent Strategy, Hoxworth has created programs to engage, empower, develop, and connect employees through every stage of their careers. Before working at Elevations, she led transformation initiatives in industries including telecommunications, utilities, and manufacturing for nearly 20 years.
