SELCO Community Credit Union Promotes Tracy Cole to VP, Commercial Portfolio Manager-Operations Team Leader

SELCO Community Credit Union recently promoted Tracy Cole to Vice President, Commercial Portfolio Manager, and Operations Team Leader for its Commercial & Business Banking division. Cole is charged with tending to a commercial portfolio and overseeing the Commercial & Business Banking’s operations team.

Cole joined SELCO’s Commercial & Business Banking in 2016, and over the course of her 30 years in banking, she has held a wide range of roles, from teller and branch manager to commercial operations team leader and commercial portfolio manager.

Cole will be based at SELCO’s Gateway Branch in Springfield, Ore.

“Tracy’s adaptability, critical-thinking skills, and leadership over the years have helped shape SELCO’s approach to commercial lending and operations,” shared Mike Donaca, VP of Commercial & Business Banking and Senior Commercial Credit Officer. “Her exceptional drive, deep commitment to SELCO and its members, and ability to navigate challenges with expertise make her an invaluable part of the team.”

Born in Roseburg, Ore., Cole has spent most of her life in the Eugene/Springfield area. Over the years, she has enjoyed giving classroom presentations as a volunteer with Junior Achievement.
