iQ Credit Union Earns Spot Among Top Workplaces in Oregon for 2024

iQ Credit Union announced its inclusion in the Oregonian’s 2024 Top Workplaces in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Ranking 23rd this year among mid-sized companies, this is iQ’s ninth year in a row on the list – a reflection of their ongoing commitment to creating a great place to work.

The Oregonian/OregonLive’s Top Workplaces program, now in its 13th year, recognizes organizations that excel in workplace culture, based on direct employee feedback. The evaluation considers essential aspects of employee experience, such as workplace culture, benefits, values, and leadership – all elements that make iQ an outstanding place to work.
