Summer Advocacy & Political Engagement: Every Action Matters

Summer is one of the busiest times of the year for political engagement. As candidate fundraisers, community events, and campaign activities ramp up across our six-state region, we encourage credit union advocates to help showcase the strength of our movement.

Whether you’re attending a candidate fundraiser, participating in a GoWest-hosted event, meeting with elected officials, or making a personal contribution to a candidate, please take a moment to record your activity through the Advocacy Toolbox or our self-reporting form. Every engagement helps demonstrate the collective political strength and influence of credit unions across Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming.

ACU PAC $30 by June 30 Campaign Update

As we enter the final weeks of June, our ACU PAC $30 by June 30 Campaign continues to gain momentum:

  • 116 Advocates
  • 33 Credit Unions
  • $5,970 Raised
  • 67% of Goal Achieved

Thank you to everyone that has participated so far. Every contribution helps strengthen our ability to support credit union champions and advance policies that benefit members and communities. If you haven’t yet joined your fellow advocates, there’s still time to help us finish June strong.

Looking Ahead: MAXX & PAC The House

We’re also gearing up for MAXX and our annual PAC The House event, where advocates from across the region will come together to celebrate advocacy, strengthen relationships, and continue investing in the future of the credit union movement.
