Gesa Credit Union Expands Mortgage Team with Three New Sales Managers in Tri-Cities, Spokane, and Boise

Gesa Credit Union announced on June 18 the hiring of three new Mortgage Market Sales Managers to support growth and expand home loan services in key markets in Washington and Idaho. Enif Michael will serve the Tri-Cities area, Tina Ferderer will lead efforts in Spokane, and Dustin Lopez will oversee the Boise, Idaho market.

“We’re thrilled to add Enif, Tina, and Dustin to our team,” said Steve Tagnolli, Vice President of Home Loans at Gesa Credit Union. “Each of them has deep ties to their communities and bring a wealth of experience in banking and mortgage lending. Their additions show Gesa’s commitment to helping secure the dream of home ownership to our members in the communities we serve.”

Enif Michael

Enif Michael has spent 25 years in the banking industry, including many years in management before transitioning to mortgage lending in 2020. Before coming to Gesa, he was a top-producing lender at HAPO Community Credit Union. A Bay Area native, Michael moved to the Tri-Cities in 2004 and has proudly called the region home ever since.

Tina Ferderer

Tina Ferderer brings nearly 20 years of banking experience to her role, including a decade in mortgage lending. Born and raised in Spokane, Ferderer joins Gesa from Washington Federal. She has extensive experience with construction loans and a variety of tailored home lending solutions.

Dustin Lopez

Dustin Lopez has worked in the banking industry since 2008, with close to 10 years dedicated to helping clients navigate the mortgage lending process. Originally from Emmett, Idaho, Lopez most recently served at P1FCU, where he specialized in residential construction loans, investment properties, and self-employed borrowers.

“By expanding our mortgage team, we can serve even more people with local expertise and personal guidance throughout the homebuying process,” added Tagnolli. “This growth aligns with our mission to support the financial well-being of our members.”

Gesa Credit Union continues to invest in its mortgage services as part of its broader effort to provide accessible and affordable financial products to the communities it serves across the Pacific Northwest.
