Numerica Credit Union, headquartered in Washington’s Spokane Valley, recently announced the promotion of Lindsey Skinfill to Chief People Officer and KayCee Murray to Chief Technology Officer.

Lindsey Skinfill, Numerica’s new Chief People Officer, has played a vital role in shaping Numerica’s workplace culture, talent development, and employee experience. In her new role, she will continue her mission of fostering an engaged, high-performing team while ensuring that Numerica’s people strategies align with business initiatives.

Skinfill previously served as Numerica’s Senior Vice President of Organizational People Potential. In over a decade at Numerica, she has worked her way through every aspect of Numerica’s HR team. Her deep understanding of organizational development has been instrumental in enhancing the employee experience and strengthening Numerica’s workplace culture.

“Lindsey has redefined what human resources means at Numerica by creating an innovative, people-centered approach,” said Carla Cicero, Numerica President and CEO. “She has built a holistic model that seamlessly integrates employee support with business objectives. Her leadership has been transformative, and I have no doubt she will be an outstanding addition to our C-team.”

Under Skinfill’s leadership, Numerica has been recognized as a Best Place to Work for seven consecutive years. This prestigious program measures employee feedback on job satisfaction, leadership, and workplace culture through anonymous surveys, with Numerica continuously earning top marks. She has also led key initiatives that prioritize employee well-being, including the addition of a Wellness Day, a dedicated paid day off for employees to focus on their mental or physical health. She has further enhanced paid time off policies, expanded sick leave banks, and evolved Numerica’s compassion leave program to ensure employees receive the support they need during life’s challenges.

KayCee Murray, Numerica’s new Chief Technology Officer, previously served as SVP of Information Technology and has been an integral part of Numerica’s growth and innovation for the past 25 years. In her new role, she will continue overseeing IT, purchasing and facilities, business optimization, and projects.

Throughout her tenure, Murray has played a pivotal role in shaping Numerica’s technological and operational advancements. She has overseen several branch builds, including Liberty Lake, Five Mile, and Court Street in Pasco. She is currently helping Numerica launch a Sandpoint location later this year. Her leadership has helped expand Numerica’s footprint while ensuring a seamless member experience.

“KayCee has been an invaluable leader in shaping Numerica’s technology and operational strategies,” said Cicero. “Her innovative approach ensures we continue enhancing digital banking features that empower our members to fulfill their dreams. She’s been essential to expanding our footprint into new markets with forward-thinking branch designs and strategic growth. We’re excited for her continued leadership as we find new ways to make personal finances easier and more accessible.”

Murray led Numerica’s rollout of Tyfone, the credit union’s largest digital touchpoint, and under her guidance, the credit union introduced Zelle, enhancing the ability for members to send and receive money with ease. Additionally, she has overseen the continuous evolution of Numerica’s mobile banking app, ensuring that members have a one-stop solution for all their financial needs.

Security and reliability remain a top priority under Murray’s leadership. She has spearheaded efforts to enhance online banking security, safeguard employee protection, and strengthen member account security. Her team consistently delivers high-performing, reliable digital products with responsive member support.
