Colo.-based Ent Credit Union recently announced the promotion of three leaders within its Retail Delivery team. As Ent continues to expand, these elevated roles will help to better serve its members and frontline team members.
The promotions include:
- Mike Grady has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Retail, overseeing all Ent service center operations. Grady will lead efforts across all markets, ensuring that Ent’s 59 service centers contribute effectively to the organization’s overall growth. He will also oversee Business Banking, Business Development, and Ops Admin to enhance service and expansion efforts. These groups are tasked to the retail teams as they deliver superior member service and continue to help Ent Credit Union grow.
- Amber Lundy has been promoted to Vice President of Retail Delivery. Lundy began her journey with Ent in 2009 at the Mountain Bell Service Center. Her dedication and leadership quickly propelled her through the ranks, earning a promotion to manager in 2016 and later to Service Area Manager in 2019. Throughout her tenure, Lundy has made a lasting impact on our Retail Delivery team and the organization. From creating a Credit Union Champions Employee Engagement Group (EEG), serving as the inaugural Chair to leading and refining hiring efforts for Colorado Springs and Pueblo, Lundy’s commitment to operational excellence and team development has helped drive Ent’s mission forward.
- Kerry Westlund has been promoted to Vice President of Retail Delivery. With more than 27 years in financial services, Westlund brings demonstrated leadership in driving growth, operational excellence, and community impact; with more than 10 years of regional management experience spanning both Business Development and Retail Service Delivery. Westlund joined Ent in July 2021 as the Service Center Manager for North College before transitioning into the role of Director of Business Development. Prior to Ent, she served as VP of Retail Service Delivery at two leading organizations, where she successfully led teams across diverse markets to achieve exceptional results.
“These outstanding leaders embody the talent, vision, and unwavering dedication that drive Ent’s success,” said Chris Chippindale, Ent’s Chief Experience Officer. “Amber, Kerry, and Mike have consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to our members. Their expertise and passion will be instrumental as we expand our reach and continue enhancing the financial well-being of communities across Colorado.”
