Numerica Hires Clif Jenkins as VP of Digital Experience Support

Cliff Jenkins Numerica

Clif Jenkins has been hired as Vice President of Digital Experience Support at Wash.-based Numerica Credit Union. Clif will lead Numerica’s digital workforce management, communication, and quality monitoring teams. He will also assist with the development and execution of digital member service roadmaps and expanding service channels for members.

Jenkins has 25 years of experience in the financial industry. He previously worked at Cenlar as its contact center technology manager.

“Clif brings a wealth of knowledge that will further enhance our already top-notch digital products and services,” said Travis Simpson, Numerica’s Chief Retail and Digital Officer. “With his deep understanding of the digital landscape, Clif will drive significant growth and elevate the digital experience for our members.”
