Credit Union West Announces New Vice President of People 

Arizona-based Credit Union West has announced the appointment of Susan Sirois as the new Vice President of People. With a wealth of experience in human resources and a strong commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, Sirois is poised to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s people-centric initiatives forward.  

Sirois brings more than 20 years of progressive experience in HR leadership and is passionate about implementing innovative strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. Her expertise aligns nicely with the credit union’s values and vision for growth. In her new role, Sirois will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s people initiatives, including talent acquisition, people development, diversity and inclusion, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Sirois earned her MSA in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and her BSBA in Human Resources from Lawrence Technology University.
