O Bee Credit Union is looking for a VP of Marketing. The Vice President of Marketing leads the development and implementation of the credit union’s comprehensive marketing strategy in support of the credit union’s strategic goals and operating plans. They provide leadership, development, direction to team members and oversight of vendors. They play a pivotal role in developing integrated campaigns to drive membership growth, enhance brand awareness, and increase profitable product usage. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this senior leadership role leads the day-to-day activities of the marketing department including all phases of the marketing life cycle.

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required, MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
· 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years within the financial services industry preferred, preferably in a credit union or community bank.
· Proven history of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive member growth and retention, product acquisition, and brand loyalty.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing automation, lead nurturing, and analytics.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team using active listening, encouragement, adaptability, empathy and humor.
· Experience managing marketing budgets, evaluating return on investment, measuring outcomes, and using data to drive decision-making.

· Strong community engagement and public relations experience.
· Knowledge of the credit union industry, including regulations, member needs, and competitive landscape.

· Ability to analyze workflows, processes and procedures and technical writing
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
