Job Description:

Preferred and required qualifications that will make you a more prominent candidate:

  • High School diploma or a GED
  • Exceptional understanding of reading and writing principles.
  • Two years combined experience in MSR, FSR, and Consumer Lending (Auto, Personal, Credit Card and Home Equity).
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver training curriculum in a public speaking setting.
  • Previous responsibility for coaching/mentoring/training others.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Branch duties and Consumer Lending (sales, processing, underwriting, or back-office/lending support)
  • Ability to develop the knowledge to train in other areas of Consumer Lending and Teller positions.
  • Ability in technical writing to include training manuals, procedures, memoranda, and proposals.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background and credit check
  • Financial institution experience a plus.
  • Symitar experience a plus.

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple and divers projects.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Advanced communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal are required with the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and works well in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.

Starting pay depends on qualifications, $22-34 hourly.
