Sr. Programmer Analyst
Job Description:
As a Sr. Programmer/Analyst you will…
- Maintain and customize current application software; design, program, and implement software solutions that meet the Credit Unions special needs using Symitar PowerOn, repgen, SymForm, SymForm PDF and other tools
- Serve as a resource for problem determination and follow-up; and provide technical support to users
- Develop implementation plans, and test software and system capabilities
- Represent users to vendors to define system requirements and help the vendors understand organizational needs.
- Ensure the updating of credit union software by preparing new releases/patches/fixes/flashes from software vendor and maintaining system integrity
- Input new releases/patches/fixes/flashes into production. Organize, document and maintain current, previous, and test libraries
- Track and resolve employee programming problems promptly and effectively and use the help desk tracking to ensure reported issues are completed

Your compensation:
$81,600.00 – $102,000.00 Annually – Depending on experience.
