O Bee Credit Union is looking for a Service Desk Supervisor to work Monday-Friday at our Administration Building located in Lacey, WA. The Service Desk Supervisor, under minimal supervision, serves as the first and second level of technical support for credit union employees. Works to create processes and systems that improve service delivery, administers inward facing systems, and mentors others. They will also supervise the Service Desk Team.

What we are looking for:

AS Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent of education and working experience. Training and practical experience in technical operations support activities. At least two years’ experience solving user problems with Windows, Office, and custom applications. Experience solving systems and network issues. A+, Security+, Network+, or other similar certifications are a plus. Symitar experience a plus.
