Job Description:

In this role, you will define and execute go-to-market strategies that align with member needs, business goals, and market opportunities. The goal: drive product awareness, engagement, adoption, and retention across all consumer-facing financial products and services.

In this role you will regularly:

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for Salal’s consumer product lines, driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling messaging, campaigns, and marketing materials that resonate with key audiences.
  • Analyze market trends and campaign performance to optimize strategies, improve ROI, and enhance member satisfaction.

 

This is a hybrid position that reports to our Seattle, WA headquarters office 1-2 days per week. In addition, some travel to our branches or area events may be expected.

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or product management, ideally within financial services.
  • Experience designing and launching go-to-market plans and multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (equivalent work experience will be considered)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills that will help you to act as a liaison between teams when translating their needs.

TOTAL REWARDS OFFERED

  • The target salary rate that is likely to be offered to the selected candidate is between $105,000-$118,750 per year. The total salary range for this role is $95,833.33 – $134,166.67 per year. At Salal Credit Union, compensation decisions are made using a variety of factors including relevant skills, experience, and education.
