President/CEO

Job Description:

Landings Credit Union, located in Tempe, Arizona, is searching for a dynamic and innovative executive leader to serve as its next President/CEO. In collaboration with our Board of Directors, this individual will build on our solid foundation and lead our team into the future by creating and executing the strategic objectives consistent with our member and community focus. Landings CU is located in the highly competitive Phoenix metro market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record at the Executive level of growth and innovation, without sacrificing safety and soundness. This individual will be charged with development of our professional staff, maintaining and expanding member, community, and business relationships, growth of our membership and assets, and commitment to providing our members a unique banking experience consistent with our values.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in business or related field is required. Evidence of continued education/training/certifications in banking or Credit Union industry. Minimum seven years progressive management experience in a credit union or bank with an extensive
knowledge of the consumer financial industry, the last three of which have been in senior or executive management.
