Mortgage Support Coordinator
Job Description:
Oversees administrative related functions in Mortgage Services to include but not limited to Construction Loan Administration, Accounts Payable (A/P) Vendor Due Diligence and Relationship Management and Coordinates team meetings and Vice President scheduling. Ensures policies and procedures align with and support Rogue’s Vision, Mission, and Values. Works in conjunction with the Mortgage Department to support the credit union’s departmental and business plan goals in order to achieve Rogue’s vision of the most loyal members in the nation!
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
50% Provides Construction Loan Administration functions to include, builder information collection
and approval submission, project information approval submission, progress inspection orders,
and draw request facilitation.
15% Assumes responsibility for initial and annual Vendor Due Diligence on all vendors affiliated with
Mortgage Services. Acts as the liaison with the Vendor(s) on all contract related matters. Ensures
sufficient vendor coverage for all necessary services.
15% Acts as the coordinator of the member home purchase gift distributor, coordinating between
Marketing and Mortgage Loan Officers.
10% Oversees the accounts payable approval process for Mortgage Services, ensuring timely payment
to Vendors. Reviews bills for accuracy and potential cost savings opportunities.
5% Assists the department Vice President (VP) of Mortgage Services in coordinating department
meetings and managing the VP’s calendar.
5% Proactively performs other related duties as assigned by the VP of Mortgage Services. This may
include streamlining the reporting process.
