Job Responsibilities:

  • Obtain required documentation to accurately prepare closing documents and disburse funds in accordance with salability guidelines.
  • Reviews approved Mortgage loan to determine conditions that must be met prior to closing and answers questions regarding closing requirements.
  • Calls borrower, real estate broker, and Title Company to coordinate closing day, time and place.
  • Accurately enters all closing fees and information into the loan origination system to produce closing documents according to the loan type and guidelines.
  • Produces and delivers the initial CD (closing disclosure) to the member according to the timing requirements set forth by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
  • Presents closing documents to member and notarizes documents as required, whether in-person or electronically.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external audiences through both verbal and written communication.
  • Able to multi-task and perform assignments in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experience with Encompass preferred.
  • Experience required:
    • One to two years of experience GV800 ($41,600 to $56,100)
    • Three+ years of experience GV900 ($45,600 to $61,600)

Training:

  • Paid training will be held at our corporate location in Colorado Springs, Mid- May, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
