Loan Operations & Servicing Manager

Job Description:

This position oversees and manages loan operations and servicing for consumer and mortgage lending. This may include title work, centralized document preparation, ordering, reviewing, and clearing conditions for real estate and consumer loans, lien releases, and payoff processing. This role is responsible for oversight of all loan servicing related activities. This position also ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the management of loan documentation and processes while providing exceptional internal and external member service. The Loan Operations & Servicing Manager leads a team of loan servicing professionals, sets performance standards, and collaborates with internal departments to support the credit union’s lending operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years in loan services, with a least 2 years in a leadership role.
A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
