Pay Range

The full pay range is $128,009.00 – $192,013.00/annually. Depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a Infrastructure Operations Manager to join our team! This position oversees and manages the credit union’s IT infrastructure to ensure its stability, security, and efficiency. Responsible for leading a team of professionals, implementing, and maintaining technology infrastructure, and ensuring seamless operations to support the credit union’s business objectives.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manages day to day infrastructure system administration, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365, onsite server commissioning, troubleshooting, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders, Architecture, PMO, Security Operations and Governance to commission and decommission servers and systems, in support of business initiatives and day to day operations.
  • Acts as point of escalation general system administration efforts, outages and trouble tickets including Active Directory, banking systems, end user support, information security, and infosec governance.
  • Leads efforts to implement security controls to onsite and cloud server infrastructure on a rolling basis to manage cybersecurity risk.
  • Manages advanced level support on banking systems, including hardware platforms and storage.
  • Coordinates and supports business units in platform deployments and strategic projects requiring onsite and cloud computer and storage infrastructure.
  • Responsible for System/OS commissioning and decommissioning.
  • Manages Datacenter Operations and colocation operations including power availability/capacity, rack elevations, and environmental systems.
  • Manages and coordinates lifecycle of operating systems, software, and hardware.
  • Manages configuration management database (CMDB) and inventory of hardware, software, and platforms.
  • Oversees configuration of Microsoft 365 suite including Teams, Exchange, and related Collaboration tools.
  • Oversees data management, data tagging, and classification of, file shares including SMB and cloud-based document storage.
  • Maintains technical documentation for server, storage, and cloud assets.
  • Manages implementation and maintenance of tools for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of server and storage assets, onsite and in the cloud.
  • Motivates employees through coaching, goal setting, providing tools and resources to  develop knowledge and skill enabling professional growth and development.
  • Prepares and presents regular reports to leadership on infrastructure performance, projects, and key metrics.
  • Manages Database Administration team.
  • Resolves employee concerns and performance issues. Provide support and suggestions to navigate operational issues and foster employee development and performance improvement.
  • Develops and implements training programs to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of five (5) years related experience with operating systems, authentication, permissions, collaboration systems, cloud platforms, and datacenter operations.
  • A minimum of two (2) years in a supervisor or management role, leading a team responsible for the organizations IT infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure in a financial institution, in a credit union and/or bank.

Education and Experience Preferred:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements in the financial industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This position is eligible for Full-Time Regular benefits. Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance is paid at a 100% by company for the employee coverage. We also offer Health Care FSA (HCFSA) and Day Care FSA (DCFSA). Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our 401k plan. Full-Time Regular employees accrue 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave, on a monthly basis. Full-Time Regular hired employees also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time.

All benefits except 401k start the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
