Are you a people-focused leader with a strong understanding of all things HR? We’re looking to hire an HR Manager to help optimize daily operations, foster a high performance culture.

As the HR Manager at Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union you will partner with leadership to foster a positive, productive, and legally compliant workplace aligned with the credit unions mission and vision. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and implementing HR strategies, managing policies and procedures, benefit administration, and employee relations issues.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Products is required.
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, FMLA, FLSA and other federal, state and local employment laws is required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred
