Job Description:

As the Director of Payment Services, you will plan, organize, and direct the Payment Services department, providing leadership for growth and development and ensuring the department runs smoothly. This includes the processing, settlement, reconcilement, and research aspects of Payment Services while also ensuring the execution of security procedures and controls associated with payment processing and maintaining compliance with all laws and regulations and the respective credit union policies, procedures and standards. You will also act as the primary contact for any third-party service providers to enhance our services and resolve any system issues with that may occur.

 What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field or related experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in financial institution operations or accounting with a focus on Payment Services
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required with advance level experience preferred
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Prior experience with vendor management and payment fraud
  • Strong ability to research and analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Experience in any or all of the following areas preferred: Corelation Keystone software, FedLine, Mobile Check Deposit, ACH processing software, ACH, Wire and Check Fraud Investigation

Compensation: $137,800k/year + bonus
