Job Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT Primary person responsible for website management and review, including advertising, media, SEO, and compliance.

  • Keep the website updated to optimize sales and marketing initiatives and maintain compliance standards.
  • Report website KPIs to marketing management
  • Work with outside vendors and business unit SMEs to ensure website content is up-to- date, SEO friendly and continually optimized.
  • Primary person responsible for SEO optimization, working together with the Content Writer to maximize content for sales and product adoption.
  • Recommend and implement web content updates to improve search results and organic reach with data from Google Analytics, GSC, and other resources.
  • Maintain relationship with web development agencies to resolve technical issues and ensure security needs are met.
  • Identify ways to improve site experience, generate leads and increase member acquisition through the website.
  • Maintain consistent audit schedule for SEO and

DIGITAL MARKETING Collaborate with digital marketing agency, marketing team and other resources to develop and measure digital opportunities. Participate with marketing team and agency to strategize placement and design of advertising for online channels. Drive impactful membership and brand campaigns across digital platforms.

  • Develop and manage landing pages for digital campaigns and
  • Work with vendor on timing and placement to drive the annual digital advertising calendar, working with the marketing team to update creative and content.

DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYSIS Collaborate with Red Canoe’s digital marketing agency and marketing management team to maximize ROI of digital marketing efforts.

MARKETING AUTOMATION Build an automation strategy with the marketing team to support sales strategies, product adoption and member loyalty.

  • Explore opportunities and implement effective automation techniques that maximize product adoption and engagement of current credit union members.
  • Develop lead generation workflows that nurture leads and build brand loyalty and
  • Work closely with content writer to build compelling messaging for email marketing
  • Work with cross functional teams to creatively improve processes and enhance the member experience using marketing automation tools.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be bondable
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel and spend time out of the office, which may include nights and/or weekends
  • Have a professional and courteous attitude with the ability to collaborate and communicate with cross functional teams
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meet schedule and deadline commitments and handle projects with limited supervision

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two+ years’ digital marketing experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office systems
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite advertising tools and analytics
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Ads, GA4 and Ads Certification preferred
  • Experience with SEO optimization and content management systems, HubSpot preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, HubSpot preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
  • HubSpot Certified
  • Google Ads Certified

ESSENTIAL MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

  • Physical – Office mobility required. Approximately 20% standing, 70% sitting, 10% walking, as needs Possess sufficient manual dexterity to skillfully operate standard office equipment including a computer, photocopier, telephone, and vehicles. Other demands include talking, handling, reaching, seeing (corrected vision) and hearing in normal range. A telephone device to enhance hearing will be provided if needed. Occasional light lifting; maximum lift requirement is 30 pounds. Maximum reach required is 84 inches.

  • Environmental – Minimum discomfort from heat, dust, air conditioning and noise, including external road Transport within remote department and/or main office/facility may be single or multilevel (as required) including a variety of stairways, elevators, etc. Exposure to computers and other electronic equipment. The lunch break area is exposed to microwave and is in basement at main office. Facility is 100% free of tobacco smoke.
  • Equipment – Essential equipment used includes, but may not be limited to, telephone, personal computer, calculator, printer, photocopier and office security systems.
