This position will provide support primarily for the 2nd and 3rd floor operations of the credit union, as determined by the management team. The proper candidate will be willing and able to change duties and workstation at a moment’s notice and be extremely flexible. Strong organizational skills with a desire to constantly learn new things will be critical.

LOAN SUPPORT:
• Gather basic loan information and if needed, take paper application if needed. Refers to proper person for assistance and action needed.
• Overflow for loan calls if needed.
• Loan file auditing.
• Provide accurate quality services on loan inquires.
• Assist with Blue Book values

ACCOUNTING
• PAYROLL PROCESSING: Provide assistance with the processing of monthly payroll and dues postings. Work closely with office personnel of the individual unions and trust offices.
• GL POSTINGS AND BALANCING: Perform reviews and balancing general ledger accounts as assigned by the Senior Accounting Representative. May make general ledger postings monthly and quarterly as assigned.
• OTHER ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS: Will gain knowledge of various other accounting functions and processes and will assist in the completion of these tasks when needed.

PLASTIC CARD DEPARTMENT AND MEMBER SOLUTIONS:
• Will assist with all transactions related to plastic card creation, maintenance and usage. Ordering cards, handling fraud, investigating complaints and disputes as needed. This individual will be given access and training on the websites necessary to complete their functions.

CONTACT CENTER: Will handle member phone requests and other duties assigned to the department.
