Member Contact Ambassador
Job Description:
Responsibilities for CapEd’s Member Contact Ambassadors include providing financial direction to assist members with the appropriate products and/or services via telephone and online and using available opportunities to maintain knowledge of and market all Credit Union products, services, and promotions.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail
- Strong proven sales production, delivered by learning about the needs and selling based on those needs
- Bilingual preferred but not required
