Job Description:

Clackamas Federal Credit Union is seeking a Chief Operations Officer who will oversee branch and call center operations, ensuring the credit union exceeds member expectations and develops deep connections in the communities that it serves. Reporting to the CEO, this role will also be responsible for overseeing the areas of virtual branch and digital services, operations, marketing and community development. This position will serve on the ALCO Committee and work with the executive team and Board to develop the credit union’s strategic plan. The ideal candidate will display dynamic leadership skills and the ability to guide and inspire outstanding performance and service excellence. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or marketing related field is required, MBA preferred. A minimum of ten years’ experience in a similar or related field, including time spent in preparatory positions is required.
