Pay Range

The full pay range is $69,871.00-$104,807.00/annually. Depending on experience and qualifications.

We offer a bilingual differential for employees who can assist our members’ financial needs in a second language. Proficiency is subject to passing a standardized verbal assessment. Currently approved languages are Korean, Russian, Spanish, and Tagalog.

We are seeking a Change Manager to join our team! This position plays a key role in the success of organizational change such as business processes, technologies, organizational structure, job roles and systems. Responsible for supporting leaders and project sponsors in preparing people for change so that we maximum benefits and ROI of the change and mitigate any negative impact to both internal staff and external members. Implements change management strategies, principles and methodologies in partnership with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Communications (COMMS) to ensure collaboration and strength in delivering successful change efforts and able to sustain the change throughout the organization.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Integrates PROSCI ADKAR methodology into organizational change initiatives.
  • Collaborates with project sponsors on change management practices and their roles.
  • Supports a group of change leaders across the organization that champion the model and provide input/feedback to keep a pulse on workforce needs.
  • Upholds standards for assessing change readiness, end user needs and resistance management.
  • Develops detailed change management plans for assigned projects and/or change initiatives across the organization, in collaboration with PMO and COMMS.
  • Collaborates in the evaluation of the impact of planned organizational change.
  • Supports development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
  • Defines success metrics and measuring performance against these.
  • Provides reporting and other updates to management and project teams.
  • Influences and partners with change leads, stakeholders, and people leaders to drive change readiness across the organization.
  • Identifies and expresses the impacts from the viewpoint of individuals, procedures, strategies, and structures.
  • Identifies potential points of organizational resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies to drive adoption and business / program objective realization.
  • Establishes parameters to measure the effectiveness of change management plans/activities.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:

  • 3+ years experience managing larger change management projects and initiatives with organizational wide impact.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting, reporting, and analyzing performance data.

Certifications Preferred:

  • PROSCI Certification, Project Management Certification

This position is eligible for Full-Time Regular benefits. Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance is paid at a 100% by company for the employee coverage. We also offer Health Care FSA (HCFSA) and Day Care FSA (DCFSA). Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our 401k plan. Full-Time Regular employees accrue 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave, on a monthly basis. Full-Time Regular hired employees also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time.

All benefits except 401k start the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
