We are currently looking for full-time, non-exempt, Branch Team Lead to join our team!  In this role, you will provide an exceptional service experience for SELCO Community Credit Union’s members, team members and guests; perform at a high proficiency level; assist with coordinating day-to-day branch operations; and help to ensure adequate staffing, training, and attainment of sales and service objectives.

This position will work onsite at the West Redmond Branch in Redmond, Oregon.  The Branch Team Lead is only eligible for in office/branch arrangements. The successful candidate will need to be available to work Monday through Thursday from 8:45am to 5:45pm, Friday from 9:15am to 6:15pm, and some Saturday hours from 9:4am to 2:15pm.

COMPENSATION

Base salary: The full salary range for the Branch Team Lead position is $23.90 to $33.45 per hour, with new hires generally starting between $27.10 to $30.25 per hour, based on relevant knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This range will be converted to semi-monthly ranges for full-time employees.

Incentives: This position is eligible for monthly sales incentives ranging from $5.00 to $75.00 per sale, depending on the product or service. This position is also eligible for a fraud incentive of $25.00 per qualifying incident.

Annual Incentive: In addition, all SELCO team members receive an annual incentive based on how well SELCO meets the prior year’s strategic business goals. This incentive is calculated using the team member’s prior year eligible earnings and ranges from 0%-12% (with the average payout over the last five years being 11.07%).

POSITION DETAILS

  • Welcome and interact with members, team members and guests in a warm and friendly manner. Demonstrate a sincere interest and willingness to help others, and consistently address and thank the person by name.
  • Assist department leadership to ensure effective team management including the following:
    • Help provide team member oversight of work assignment and review, provide individual coaching, and give input to performance reviews.
    • Ensure adequate training and cross-training to accomplish organizational objectives and provide high-quality service.
    • Identify staffing needs and recommend staff allocation to management.
    • Participate in hiring and onboarding.
  • Demonstrate and assist others in providing effective leadership, including:

    • Ensuring adequate, effective, and professional communication.

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; and
  • Minimum one (1) year of branch operations experience; and
  • Must maintain active federal registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System; and
  • Must be bondable.
