Area Branch Manager
Job Description:
The Role
As the Area Branch Manager, you will:
• Lead and Develop Teams: Provide direction and mentorship to the member service team including branch supervisors, contact center representatives, financial services representatives, and tellers, fostering a culture of sales and service performance and engagement.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure branches meet and exceed organizational sales and services goals and audit and compliance standards.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to implement district-wide strategies, drive growth, and achieve financial targets.
• Member Focus: Advocate for member satisfaction by ensuring high-quality, consistent service across all branches.
• Community and Industry Engagement: Represent The District Credit Union in community and industry initiatives, strengthening our presence and building professional relationships.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 5+ years in branch or district management within a credit union or financial services setting.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams. Demonstrated coaching and mentorship skills for employee development.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving business growth and operational improvement.
• Member-Centric: Passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building community connections.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
