Job Description:


  • Effectively handle incoming loan volume of in-progress and closing loan applications from the IRO team.
  • Obtain required documentation and information to prepare loan documents for closing with completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is in place to secure loan collateral.
  • Monitor pending loan applications and actuate loan closings.
  • Perform loan signings and schedule signing appointments at OnPoint branch locations when needed.
  • Adhere to all OnPoint lending procedures and document guidelines to ensure the safety and soundness of the Credit Union.
  • Use knowledge of OnPoint products and services to support ADL team.
  • Meet established individual and/or team goals.
  • Assist in Online Account Opening procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required by ADL Management Team.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge loan documentation and titling requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate a variety of assignments simultaneously and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform detailed work accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to be self-directed and function under limited direct supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via telephone, in person and in writing.
  • Ability to work in the early evening hours to reach members.
