Rick DeLisi, lead research analyst at Glia, is an author and presenter who co-authored two business books on customer service: the newly released Digital Customer Service with Glia CEO Dan Michaeli and The Effortless Experience. Prior to joining Glia, he spent 15 years with Gartner, where he specialized in customer experience, customer service, and communications. Rick was named a Gartner Fellow for his research into employee effort and customer loyalty. He has appeared at live events in over 25 countries and 100 cities.
