BIOGRAPHY:

Marnie Gerkhardt is a heart-forward leader, innovative thinker, and 14-year credit union champion. Following her education at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, she explored various industries, including education, title insurance, and investments, before discovering her credit union calling at the Filene Research Institute. At Filene, she spearheaded events, innovation projects, and affiliated communities, notably the esteemed Filene i3 program. Marnie’s passion for credit unions led her to earn her CUDE designation in 2014, and she proudly graduated from Western CUNA Management School in 2019. Marnie now serves as the Director of Learning Innovation at Ent Credit Union, where she drives digital learning initiatives and collaborates with industry leaders to deliver impactful learning experiences, aiming to effect meaningful change within Ent. Beyond her professional pursuits, Marnie finds joy in culinary adventures with her husband, immersing herself in diverse cultures with her kids, and running with a member of her Wolfpack.
