Christian Anibarro

Christian Anibarro is the head of Organizational Design at Intentional Futures (iF). He brings over 20 years of experience helping businesses build systems that enable agility and nurture a healthy culture. He’s helped a number of organizations successfully navigate strategic and cultural change including Seattle Children’s Hospital, MOD Pizza, and eBay to name a few. Christian’s passion is helping leaders create a world of work where people know who they are and what they do make a difference. When he’s not at iF you can find him exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and two kiddos!
